how about trying to get another passport with a diffrent name and come into south korea?
that way, you can be at home.
if you know right people, it shouldn't be that hard to pull it off.
think about it.

An immigration official dared to sneak into Migrants' Trade Union launching day press conference in May to collect information with a camera. Later he was spotted and got kicked out by activists.
you know that, right?
you can see his ugly face in the picture.
Anyways, the goverment proxy filed a suit against Kim Hyeok, claiming he was 'beaten' by Kim and others on the day when he was leaving the press conference.
Of course, he didn't get beat up but he was just strongly asked to leave there.
you know that, too, right?
The immigration office told lies to the court that the sneaking official was beaten and the court believed it.
Kim Hyeok was subpoenaed twice and finally he was detained.
So the Union urges immediate release of Kim Hyeok, and of course other arrested migrant workers.
