Subject   Roh¡¯s government on confrontation course - but they will loose!
Yesterday at around 3 pm – so our last information – 13 migrant workers, struggling by sit-in, beside around 130 others, in °¨¸®±³È¸°ü, were arrested by immigration officers and police. According to our information, it was happen church¡¯s territory, directly in front of the gate.
At 5 pm our comrades together with members of sit-in struggle team – all together 30 persons - of the Anglican Church (A.C.) arrived in Mokdong Immigration Office (I.O.). Several priests from the church already were there and one representative from them got a meeting with the chief of I.O., where he got the information, that, ¡°according to the law, there is no way to release them¡±, so the chief of I.O. Together with A.C. struggle team we created a sit-in strike in front of the office of the chief.
Meanwhile outside the building around 30 students arrived and tried to enter the building. But before they were able to do so, about 500 riot cops, called by the I.O. staff, departed and blocked the main gate, side gates and the main entrance.
The result: our comrades were blocked inside the building, the most of the students between the entrance and the main gate and the ¡°rest¡± outside. But anyway, a lot of trouble was going on, the usual public traffic in and out the I.O. was heavily disturbed and it was not quiet anymore, not really. After several hours the occupiers and the students were able to leave, but with the promise to come back, if it would be necessary.
In the night, the Myeongdong sit-in struggle team discussed the tactics for today. During the debates we got the information that I.O. promised to release the prisoners until today. Actually our plan was to go in the offensive, but after we heard about the decision of I.O. we decided to wait, what will happen and to follow our originally schedule.
Anyway, in the course of this day we will find out, if they fulfill their promise or not. If they do, it will be a first victory in our struggle. If not, it will be an open ¡°declaration of war¡± against our movement. And they have to bear the consequences, we promise!
But all in all furthermore we need the solidarity of all migrant workers and last but not least from the Korean society, because only in unity we¡¯re strong.

LET¡¯S FIGHT TOGHETER FOR A WORLD WITHOUT EXPLOITATION AND OPPRESSION! ÅõÀï!
