MSSC, Today’s Struggle Report (04/02/05)
Today a delegate of Myeong-dong Sit-in Struggle Collective (MSSC) joined the sit-in struggle, protesting against the troop dispatch plan of the South Korean government. There on Yeoui-do, in the close neighborhood to the National Assembly, now since 56 days several people, among them some very old persons, are holding daily rallies and small demonstrations.
Our today’s supper was cooked by 투쟁과 밥 (struggle and rice) and it was very delicious. Comrades, thanks a lot!
In the night we were invited in the theater 나무와 물 (Tree and Water) in Hyehwa-dong/Daehak-no. Here we saw the play Namaste (나마스테, it is Nepalese and means 안녕하세요), very interesting play about the hard life of migrant workers in South Korea and about conflicts between Koreans and migrants. After all a real good day for us.
