MSSC STRUGGLE REPORT (04-04-21/22)
Yesterday and today just we continued our preparations for our rally on April 25 (Sunday, 3 pm in Jongmyo Park).
Yasterday we got the “secret” information, that for today anti-war activists were planning “something surprising” in front of US embassy. So we were a kind of curious about the “secret action”. But when today arrived there, our representative had to learn that just 8 activists hold a press conference about the current situation in Iraq and especially in Falluja, where during the combats with militants the US occupation forces slaughtered hundreds of civilians. The press conference was also a stage for a play performed by three activists.
Today in the afternoon we joined the nation wide demonstration of medical workers. About 500 representatives demanded among other things the implementation of the 5-day workweek and same conditions contracted and irregular workers.
Here we had to learn that the state power already awaited us – immigration office was with at least three busses (empty busses, to bring away possible captured migrant workers) on the spot. Of course also many riot cops were in the whole neighborhood.
And not to forget, also y’day night we continued our propaganda tour by using the stickers, made by Stop Crackdown Collective.
