위원장, 사무국장, 회계감사 입후보자는 후보자 등록기간내에 등록해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 선거일 : 2004년 10월 24일 (일)
▷평등노조 규약 제 38조(임원의 선출과 불신임)에 의거
2. 선거장소 : 총회 장소 (자세한 장소는 추후 공지)
3. 후보자 등록기간 : 2004년 10월 9일 (토) PM 17:00부터, 2004년 10월 16일 (토) PM 21:00까지.
4. 접수장소 : 평등노조 이주노동자지부 선거관리위원회 (이상훈 : 016-562-8119)
선거관리위원회 [삼수(위원장), 상훈(간사/사무), 디푸, 마숨, 범라우띠 : 총 5인]
▷이주노동자지부 서울사무실 내 (또는 명동성당 이주노동자 농성장)
5. 입후보자 자격
선거인명부에 등록된 조합원으로서 선거인 명부에 등록된 조합원 1/10 이상의 추천이 있는 자
6. 입후보자 구비서류
1) 입후보자 등록신청서 1통
2) 선관위가 정한 이력서 1통
3) 조합가입서 사본 1통
4) 조합원 10% 이상의 추천서 1통
5) 사업계획서(공약) 1부

Notice for Election according to ETU rules and regulations like below.

1. Election date : Octorber 24, 2004 (sun)
▷Article 38 (Election and non-confidence of officer) ETU rules and regulations.
2. Election Place : G·A Place (concrete place will be noticed later)
3. Register period to nominate : From October 9. 2004 (Sat) PM 17:00 to October 16 (Sat) PM 21:00
4. Register place : Election Administration Committee (Lee Sang Hoon : 016-562-8119)
Committee [Samsu (Chief), Sang-hoon (Secretary), Dipu, Masum, Bam: 5 members]
▷On ETU-MB (Dongdaemun station) office (KCTU/Seoul Regional Council) (or MyeongDong Cathdral Migrant Si-tin Struggle place)
5. Requirement of candidate
The person who is registered on voter list and have got recommendation signature by 10 % of registered members on voter list.
6. Needed documents for registration of candidate
1) 1 copy of application
2) 1 copy of Profile which from EAC
3) 1 copy of members application
4) 1 letter of recommended candidate of over 10% of members
5) 1 copy of public pledge
