2008: 117 Migrant Workers Killed, 5,211 Injured at 3D-Workplaces!!


The number of migrant workers in South Korea who died or were injured in industrial accidents increased last year, a report to the National Assembly (the S.K. parliament) showed Wednesday, Yonhap News Agency reported today(9.30).
According to the report, deaths from such accidents rose to 117 last year from 87 in 2007. The number of injuries increased to 5,211 from 3,967 the previous year.

"3D-workplaces" = difficult, dirty, dangerous
